Turn-based tactical RPG for PC

Earth is silent. The capsule falls into Siberia.

The first expedition to Mars returns to Earth 25 years too late — and finds no one waiting. In Homefall, you must survive in post-apocalyptic Western Siberia, gather a squad, and uncover who truly controls this broken world.

About Homefall

An alternate future you will want to return to

Homefall is a turn-based tactical RPG about the first expedition to Mars returning home too late. Instead of civilization, the crew finds Western Siberia, where nature has swallowed the old world but its technologies are still alive.

Every route is dangerous, every fight demands preparation, and every choice can change how people treat you. Max must search for his crewmates, survive among factions, and discover that the catastrophe left more questions than answers.

Return

The expedition came back too late

An accident near Venus delays the first Mars expedition’s return. For the crew, only days pass in stasis. For Earth, decades pass. When the ship reaches the planet, there are no city lights, no mission-control signals, and no certainty that anyone is waiting below.

World exploration

Explore, think, adapt

Western Siberia in Homefall is a world built for exploration: abandoned settlements, forest trails, military ruins, underground facilities, faction camps, and roads you should not take unprepared.

Find stashes, pick locks, talk to people, avoid stronger enemies, and notice details. A single route can become a trade path, an ambush, a random encounter, or the start of a new conflict.

Combat

Tactical encounters

Fight in turn-based tactical battles where positioning, cover, action points, line of fire, flanks, elevation, and squad preparation all matter.

Every turn is a choice: change position, aim carefully, set an ambush, use a consumable, or risk everything for a decisive shot. Victory belongs not to whoever shoots first, but to whoever reads the battlefield better.

RPG

Your skills decide what kind of journey this becomes

Develop Max and his companions, choose skills, unlock perks, gather equipment, and turn scavenged resources into a way to survive.

Your build affects more than combat. It defines who you can persuade, what you can hack, where you can find another way, which threats you notice, and which consequences you can survive.

One system

More than the sum of its mechanics

In Homefall, RPG progression, tactical combat, and world exploration work as one system. You are not just completing quests, fighting battles, or collecting equipment. You are building your own way to survive.

Every decision, discovered detail, and chosen skill becomes part of your path through the new Earth.
